Job Description:

We’re searching for an innovative Product Researcher who can use creativity and scientific thinking to assist in the development of products.

Looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a variety of user research activities, including survey, field research, analogous research, co-creation & diary studies.

Collect, organize and analyze opinions and data to solve problems, explore issues and predict trends.

Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behaviour and associated risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research support to other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of industry and market developments, and share insights with the wider team.

Core Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field with 0-2 years of experience.
