Coagil VII

INN: eptacog alfa (activated):

Recombinant activated coagulation factor VII, which is required for the treatment of inhibitor form of haemophilia. It is also used during surgical interventions in patients with inhibitor form of haemophilia or Glanzmann thrombasthenia.

Coagil-VII is a universal hemostatic agent; its successful application was reported in cases of major hemorrhage not related to hemophilia, including liver failure, major surgery, multiple traumas, postpartum bleeding, etc.
